David Baxa Chairman

David serves as Chairman on VISTA’s board, and was previously President & CEO. David spent more than half his career leading VISTA Technology Services, Inc. and its previous incarnations. He provided leadership and vision to each employee at VISTA. He is an accomplished facilities planner, IT and management professional, with expertise in real property asset analysis, real property asset management, master planning, application development, data warehousing, business intelligence, enterprise information portals, knowledge management and spatial data integration. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science.

Rod Buck President & CEO

Rod is VISTA’s President & CEO, and provides vision and leadership for the company, develops corporate strategy, and oversees financial management. Before taking this current role in 2013, Rod had served as a Director on VISTA’s Board for 10 years. He has over 30 years of corporate executive experience including 15 in the government contracting industry. He was formerly a Managing Director with The McLean Group, an investment banking firm and President of The Columbia Group, a government contractor. Rod has had unique success with acquisitions, business integrations, divestitures, financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures and new business initiatives. He serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Acquisition and Business Policy Council of the Professional Services Council and is a member of a non-profit organization, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), where he has served as President and Director of the Board. Rod graduated from George Washington University with high distinctions and a degree in accounting.

Carole Davis Director

Carole Davis became a welcomed addition to VISTA with the acquisition of CenterScope Technology Inc. (CSTI). Carole joined CSTI in 2006 and has over 20 years of public and private industry experience. Carole has executive responsibility and authority for corporate infrastructure operations, financial and accounting activities and banking and treasury functions. Her experience includes pricing, internal controls, leading financial growth, due diligence and acquisition support. She was part of the acquisition team that led to the successful acquisition of National Systems Management (NSM) in 2006.

Carole previously worked at OPTIMUS Corporation. During her tenure at OPTIMUS she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer where she helped support the growth from a $100,000 organization to over $80 Million after the successful acquisition of PMC Corporation.

Harold Hanson Director

Harold Hanson is a consultant focusing on business management and federal acquisition issues. In recent years, he has been responsible for a number of significant corporate initiatives that include mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning issues, corporate governance and the implementation of a comprehensive corporate quality assurance program. Harold has participated in high level reviews on various issues, such as the shipbuilding industrial base with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Presidential Helicopter Program for the Naval Air Systems Command, and various U.S. Coast Guard major acquisitions. Prior to his work in the private sector, he was a member of the Senior Executive Service, and was the Executive Director for Contracts, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)—a Fortune 100 size organization in terms of budget and personnel. Harold has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.

Larry Lincoln Director

Larry serves as a Director on VISTA’s Board and is a longstanding and valuable member of the company. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President for VISTA Technology Services and served as a member of VISTA Technology Service's management team since 1987. As former Executive Vice President of VISTA, Larry provided functional, technical and management experience and expertise in many areas, including real property planning & analysis, master planning, application development, data warehousing, decision support systems, and spatial data integration. Larry received his undergraduate degree in History & Economics summa cum laude from Park College and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California.
