VISTA Hiring Realty Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a full-time Realty Specialist in the Rockville, MD area.

Position provides on-site support to assist clients with all phase of lease negotiations and administration and preparing financial analysis of offers. This includes interpreting architectural/engineering plans and specifications, preparing written reports, correspondence, and in briefing clients and management personnel.

This position is part of a high-performing team of management consultants who develop and implement real property asset management programs and supporting IT systems to the Federal Government. The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in business management or related field, knowledge of STAR, E-Lease or similar real estate databases and a proficiency with all MS Office applications. Effective oral and written communication skills required, including the ability to manage and lead meetings. Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
