VISTA Recognized Among Washingtonian’s “Great Places to Work”

VISTA, the leader in decision support analytics for government and business, was recognized as one of Washingtonian Magazine’s “Great Places to Work” in the publication’s November 2007 edition.

Chosen from over 200 Washington, DC firms, and cited among 18 businesses deserving honorable mention, VISTA shares the list with many of the area’s largest privately-held and publicly-traded companies.

VISTA was specifically commended in Washingtonian for its supportive corporate culture. “Employees like the friendly, family feel and the appreciation shown by the firm’s president, who makes a point of meeting with each employee for at least an hour during the month of his or her work anniversary,” the article’s authors wrote.

The recognition comes on the heels of VISTA’s ranking in the Washington Business Journal as one of the top 25 Small Technology Companies in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The October 5, 2007 print edition of the business newspaper elevated VISTA to number 11 on the list, up significantly from its number 15 ranking in last year’s list.
