VISTA routinely surveys the industry, on our own or together with other organizations, to identify market trends. We poll our own clients, as well as financial and real property executives to compile the information available here for you.

Survey Findings from the Federal Real Property Association
In October 2006, VISTA updated a survey completed last year with the Feeral Real Property Association, to record any trends in real property asset management, and to gain a greater understanding of organizations' preparedness to respond to hypothetical changing budgetary requirements. Among the findings: 62 percent of respondents are not consulted on any PMA initiatives other than real property. This White Paper summarizes the findings of this survey, and draws conclusions based on respondent comments regarding potential difficulties in complying with these initiatives.

- Executive Order 13327 Compliance Measures: Findings from the Federal Real Property Association Survey
In August 2005, VISTA and the Federal Real Property Association jointly conducted a survey of the association's current and prospective membership list, to determine compliance with Executive Order 13327 as an initiative of the President's Management Agenda. Surprisingly, 44 percent of respondents did not know their PMA scorecard ranking related to EO 13327 compliance. This document explains the results of that survey, providing information on agency organization, current status, and near-term and long-range needs assessments to ensure compliance.

- Performance and Value: Customer Survey
In a recent survey, 4 out of 5 new and current customers gave VISTA an "A" in overall performance, and would recommend VISTA to other organizations. The results of this poll were collected, tabulated and verified by Boston, MA-based Zipsurvey.com, a leader in industrial/organizational surveys. Findings also showed that 9 out of 10 respondents were either extremely satisfied or very satisfied with VISTA's performance. Nearly 7 out of 10 current or new customers would select VISTA for other projects This document explains the results of that survey.
