VISTAtsi Awarded Letter Grade of "A" for Overall Performance In Third Annual Survey of Company Clients
Herndon, VA (November 18, 2008) – For the third year in a row, clients of VISTAtsi, the leader in decision support analytics and technology-based solutions for federal real property, have given the company a letter grade of "A" in overall performance.
The findings came from an annual survey of VISTAtsi's new and existing clients. As was the case in 2005 and 2006 survey results were collected, tabulated, and verified by ZipSurvey.com, a leading provider of industrial and organizational surveys.

Among the results of the VISTAtsi 2008 customer satisfaction survey:
- One hundred percent of respondents would be likely to select VISTAtsi for other projects and would recommend VISTAtsi to other organizations.
- One hundred percent of respondents rated VISTAtsi as either a good or exceptional value and are satisfied with VISTAtsi.
- VISTA's subject matter expertise and their relationship with VISTA were among the top reasons respondents gave for choosing VISTA for their work. Other reasons included VISTA’s technical experience or a previous positive experience with VISTA.
Overwhelmingly,100 percent of respondents rated VISTAtsi a “4” or “5” on a scale of 1 to 5 – with 5 being the highest rating – on their satisfaction with the company's work product or service quality, quality and professionalism of personnel, appropriate mix of skills and capabilities, quality of engagement with VISTAtsi Project Manager, and subject mater expertise.
When the survey asked for respondents to rank the performance of the individuals leading the project engagement from VISTAtsi, the response was outstanding. VISTAtsi received a 4 or higher (5 being the highest) from all respondents in the following areas: overall professionalism, responsiveness, ability to comprehend total work requirement, quality of contract reporting documentation, ability to effectively communicate with the customer, and ability to anticipate customer needs.
