VISTA HR Director Stephanie Reichlen Named as Finalist in Human Resources Professional Excellence Award

Winners to be Announced from Among Finalists on June 6

Herndon, VA (02 MAY | 2006) - Stephanie Reichlen, HR Director for VISTA, the leading provider of real property asset management services for government, has been selected as a finalist for a prestigious award for Human Resources Professional Excellence among small commercial organizations in the Washington area. The winner of the award will be announced at the Human Resources Leadership Awards of Greater Washington Gala to be held at the McLean Hilton, in McLean, VA on June 6.

According to The Human Resources Leadership Awards of Greater Washington, this recognition of merit was created in 2001 to celebrate the efforts of "individuals who have demonstrated exemplary service and contribution through organizational leadership, community service, scholarship, and ethics." Finalists are judged not only on these characteristics, but on their innovation, vision and communication skills as well.

VISTA President and CEO David Baxa applauded Reichlen's efforts. "Stephanie has played a substantial role in the success of our company since we became an independent almost three years ago. As a result of her effort, VISTA enjoys a greatly improved performance management and career progression program, a revitalized employee incentive bonus program, a carefully orchestrated new employee orientation program, and a greatly enhanced recruiting program."

Reichlen was most recently a featured panelist in a roundtable sponsored by the National Capital Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, discussing the strategic importance of human resources for emerging companies.

Prior to joining VISTA, Reichlen worked in human resources management in both non-profit and commercial retail markets, coordinating all recruiting efforts, new hire orientations and staff events.

An active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Dulles Chapter, Ms. Reichlen holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from George Mason University.

VISTA's Baxa underscored the importance of Reichlen's contribution to the company. "Stephanie has had an immeasurable impact on our business and continues to make significant contributions to VISTA's strategic direction. I feel she is a very strong candidate for this award and evidently the panel of judges arrived at a similar conclusion. All of us at VISTA look forward to supporting her when the winner is announced on June 6."
