VISTA Receives MOBIS Consulting Contract from Federal Government
Veteran-Owned Business Signifies Strategic Direction Success
Herndon, VA (10 AUGUST | 2005) - VISTA Technology Services, Inc, (VISTA), a leader in real property asset management consulting, has received a Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) contract for consultative services to the federal government. The contract number, GS-10F-0415R, is effective August 08, 2005 through August 7, 2010.

VISTA is now preparing paper and electronic Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) catalog price lists, and will be submitting its electronic catalog data for inclusion in GSA Advantage!, the federal online shopping and ordering system that provides federal procurement professionals with access to authorized contractors, supplies and services.
According to the General Services Administration (GSA), "MOBIS contractors possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influences including the President's Management Agenda; Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act; OMB Circular A-76; Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act; and government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining."
VISTA already holds GSA Schedule Contract - Part 70 Contract No. GS-35F-4112D, effective
June 11, 1996 - June 10, 2007. Under GSA Schedule 70, contractors are authorized to provide fixed price contracts for information technology services to U.S. government agencies. VISTA also is registered as a GovWorks vendor with U.S. Department of Interior.
