What is in Store for Federal Facilities?
Over the past several issues of Managing Change, I have written about the looming and now present Federal spending challenges, combined with our need to manage sustainability issues in the face of restricted budgets for sustainment and related "green" programs. I observed that a rational and balanced strategy for managing our way through all this could be difficult to achieve. We are now seeing this unfold as the new Administration comes to grips with the severity and potential enormity of the problems on its plate.
