Terry Hill
Controller
Mr. Hill oversees the day to day financial activities for VISTA. He directs the preparation of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses. He also is in charge of special reporting requirements from regulatory authorities.
Mr. Hill's past experience includes financial data analysis in a wide variety of areas including personnel and administrative systems and services, major Army programs, and corporate finance. He has been responsible for the analysis and development of automated facility information systems supporting the U.S. Army and has provided analysis on facility utilization, condition assessments, capacity studies, stationing scenarios, new construction programs, and force structure movements.
Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Northwestern College, a Master of Business Administration, Management degree from Golden Gate University, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
