Paul Wright
Program Director, San Antonio
Mr. Paul Wright is the Program Director of VISTA's second office in San Antonio, TX. He has profit-and-loss, business development, and local hiring responsibility for this regional headquarters office.
With over 20 years' experience as a U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer, Mr. Wright has deep experience in facilities and construction maintenance, with specific skills in civil design, financial planning, and environmental management. Mr. Wright also is a respected authority in Operations and Maintenance and Military Construction budgeting, funding, and project execution, having worked extensively both with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Naval Construction Battalions. In addition, he is an expert in disaster preparedness planning and disaster response.
Prior to joining VISTA, Mr. Wright was an Associate with the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provided project management support to the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) headquarters relocation effort by developing facility analyses as well as cost estimates for force protection and facility renovations. Mr. Wright also validated cost-to-complete environmental projects for the AFRPA.
A career officer in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Wright served as the Infrastructure Development Manager, Hickam Air Force Base, HI, during which time he provided oversight and planning for construction of 17 military construction projects worth in excess of $176M.
Mr. Wright holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from the US Air Force Academy.
