H. Michael Ryan, PE

Mr. Ryan is a recognized expert in managing the Army's portfolio of real property and installations. Since 1991, Mr. Ryan has been the managing consultant of VISTA's on-site support to Headquarters, Department of the Army, leading efforts to manage funding and use of Army facilities worldwide. He manages three VISTA teams that support master planning, real property asset analysis and resourcing, base realignment and closure execution, and facilities status reporting.
Mr. Ryan is a respected authority in the analysis of facilities, development of construction requirements and the drafting of Army base operations budgets. He served 21 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in a variety of assignments associated with Army engineer tactical units and operations research analysis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in general engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Ryan is a registered Professional Engineer.
