Mr. Lincoln has been a member of David Baxa's management team since 1987. Mr. Lincoln provides functional, technical and management experience and expertise in the areas of real property asset analysis, master planning, real property asset management, application development, data warehousing, business intelligence, enterprise information portals, knowledge management, decision support systems, spatial data integration and geographic information systems.
Mr. Lincoln has directed the design, development and implementation of Web-enabled processes and digital mapping for government and the telecommunications, utilities and real estate industries. He has broad industry experience and over 20 years of engineering and operations research background as a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officer.
Mr. Lincoln received his undergraduate degree in History & Economics summa cum laude from Park College and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
