R. Barry Hall
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. R. Barry Hall leads VISTA's information technology practice and serves as the company's chief information solutions architect. Mr. Hall has more than 18 years of experience in systems architecture and management, applications development, 15 of those years with VISTA Technology Services, Inc. He has wide-ranging experience in systems architecture, operating systems, data network, IP and TDM communications, application development and integration, and network management systems.
Mr. Hall has an extensive background in and knowledge of federal information management systems and data. He was the chief architect for the US Army Stationing and Installation Plan system and was an original member of the US Army Real Property Planning and Analysis System development team.
Prior to Returning to VISTA in 2006, Mr. Hall was the chief architect for an enterprise solutions company, responsible for application architecture and integration of a commercial enterprise services platform providing proactive management and monitoring of assets that comprise voice and data networks.
Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems, both from George Mason University.
