VISTAtsi supports programs and activities to help employees manage commitments in their work and personal lives. We offer the following programs to make your time in the office a truly fulfilling and rewarding experience.

Flexible Hours: Supervisors routinely modify work schedules to allow flexible starting and stopping times. VISTAtsi's flexible work schedules may include part-time, telecommuting, or a job-sharing arrangement. We know work is a process, not a place, and we behave that way.

VISTAtsi's Adoption Reimbursement program provides up to $5,000 per child to cover eligible expenses associated with adopting a child under age 18. You can apply for reimbursement if the child is placed in your home for adoption. We see this as good for you and good for our world.

VISTAtsi's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a prepaid, confidential counseling and referral resource coordinated through MHNet. The program is available to help you and your family successfully deal with life's problems and challenges. We help you as much as we can.
