When the US Army chose VISTA Technology Services, Inc to design, develop and deploy a new system, VISTAtsi chose Oracle Application Express (APEX). This Oracle APEX-based solution is the Army's official decision support system for one of the largest real property portfolios in the world. The Oracle APEX rapid development environment allowed VISTAtsi to design and develop new web-based applications to replace one of the Army's largest real property legacy client-server systems (RPLANS).
