2009 Customer Survey reveals VISTAtsi chosen for subject matter and technical expertise

Herndon, Virginia (August 27, 2009) --VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTAtsi) announced today the results of its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. VISTAtsi, a leading real property and asset management consultancy, has proven itself to be customer-focused and satisfaction-driven for the fourth consecutive year.

“We value our long-standing client relationships and our survey shows that our clients also value their relationship with us,” remarked President and CEO David B. Baxa.  “I am pleased to report that for another year, 100% of customers surveyed said they are satisfied with the services and solutions we provide, citing our subject matter and technical expertise as the leading reason why they chose VISTAtsi.”

Among the results of the VISTAtsi 2009 customer satisfaction survey:

  • One-hundred percent (100%) of those surveyed would recommend VISTAtsi to another organization.
  • One-hundred percent (100%) of those surveyed would recommend VISTAtsi for other project within their organization.
  • One-hundred percent (100%) of VISTAtsi clients are satisfied with the value of services they receive.
  • The top reasons clients chose VISTAtsi was for subject matter expertise and technical expertise.

VISTAtsi staff was regarded as demonstrating expertise in their functional area by 100% of survey respondents. Ninety-four (94%) of clients described their relationship with VISTAtsi Project Mangers as good or better. Clients also noted that VISTAtsi provided valuable service in a timely manner.

”In these tough economic times, it is reassuring to know that our clients appreciate VISTAtsi’s leadership and experience in the industry,” Baxa explained.  “From the results of the annual customer satisfaction survey, we are able to demonstrate the enduring value of VISTAtsi.”

The findings came from a survey of VISTAtsi's new and existing clients. The survey results were collected, tabulated, and verified by ZipSurvey.com, a leading provider of industrial and organizational surveys.
