SmartCEO Magazine Names VISTAtsi CEO David B. Baxa to "Smart100" List for Second Consecutive Year

Herndon, Virginia (February 11, 2010) --VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTAtsi) announced today that David B. Baxa, President and CEO, was named to Washington SmartCEO magazine's 2010 Smart100 program, an exclusive group of 100 CEOs assembled by an independent selection committee. Corporate leaders are selected based on leadership, strategic vision and character. Baxa first appeared on the list in 2009.
